The search forms on this site pass what you type (a name, a phone number, or an address) to the third-party search provider that powers the results. How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights depend on the data category. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides rights for defined consumer health data, but it is not a general right to erase deeds, voter records, or court indexes. Because we retain little visitor data, a request normally means checking contact mail and available server logs. Use the Contact page. Records held by King County or Washington agencies remain under the custodian's control.
